Last night as i was looking out of my window to enjoy the beautiful scenary and savouring the cool breeze, i heard a noise behind my back. Keeping my body intact, i tilted my head over to see but before i could tilt back, i pulled my right pectorial muscle. The cramp feeling of my pectorial muscle lasted almost a minute and i buried my head in my pillow swallowing the pain. Damn its morning now and i still feel the cramp. Fuck that should probably spoil my plans of going to the gym tomorrow.
