A recount of celebrities I have come acrossed during the holidays. Two months ago, Michialle Chia, Henry Thia, Quan Yifeng. A month ago, Carole Lin, in Hong Kong two lesser known actors, last week Andrew Seow, last night Jade Seah, Miss Singapore 06 runner up. She was playing cards with her friends at Breko Cafe. Her boobies seem bigger than on tele though.

Anyway the meet up with Phil and Junxian was more on catching up with each other and finding out what each other have been doing. Also found out a dark secret about someone in my hall. Was kinda of tempted to go on the genting trip but afraid that I might lose a fortune there. Next week should be fun, prob catch lady in the water, check out eski bar at holland v.

Day 1

I started off the trip by watching V for Vendetta on Cathay Pacific. Dark and creepy show but nonetheless very interesting concept. Upon arrival, checked into hotel before embarking to the place where the wishing tree featured in Hong Kong drama was. It was kinda of disappointing since throwing of the lucky charms were no longer allowed. So my dad and I made our way back to see some temples located near the mtr stations. The transport system in Hong Kong is well organised and definitely more orderly than Singapore. People queqe up behind the yellow lines and unlike here where everything is cheong.

At night I went to the avenue of stars to see the lights show and the Bruce Lee statue. Along the pathway there are handprints of actors and mine matched Andy Lau.

Day 2

Of course it has to start with Yum Cha. Good glorious food. After which the half day city tour began. We were taken to Victoria Peak where one can see the breath-taking view of what I presumed the CBD area of Hong Kong. Following up was the beach where we could see Jackie Chan's house. I also took a sampan ride which was quite meaningless but part of the package plan. The factory trips were a waste of time too since I had no plans to buy medicine or Jades.

Day 3 and 4

I spent two days in ShenZhen and trust me, don't waste your time there. The food is mediocre compared to Hong Kong and the clothes or bags are either fake or not cheap. The bubble tea is as good as just drinking evaporated milk. But talk about beer and cigarettes and one can definitely sin until Satan take your life. As usual there were visits to so called museum which ends up being another factory outlet trying to sell ya products. There is only one night market so walking the same place for two nights is quite enduring.

Day 5

Back in Hong Kong. Made my way to Stanley market and bought a Mao Zedong bag. Along the way I saw an old actor about my papa's age. I remembered him acting in those police drama or office political shows. According to my dad, he was considered the Andy Lau in the early days. Went to the museum to see the history and after that went to temple street to have claypot rice for dinner. It is a place called Hing Kee which is recommended by a 8days booklet. Basically all my meals were according to those recommended by it. Pretty much yummy especially the oyster cake.

Managed to find a street where rejected goods mainly clothes were being sold. I bought a few Nautica polo Tees while my dad bought Colombia shirts, Timberland shirts and shoes. The prices are crazy and it required a lot of self control to resist buying all the sporting goods.

Needless to say I had to eat supper from all the late night shopping and sampled a dessert shop which sells something like tau hui except that it uses milk and not soya beans. Definitely not to be missed if I go back to Hong Kong one day.

Final day

Breakfast at Mido cafe, again another recommendation. It was funny though because the
boss came down and said he didn't feel like working and so the lady boss nagged at him until he could not take it. He cocked up orders and simply just threw the drinks away when it was wrong. But from a customer point of view, it was funny to see the couple argue and everyone else were controlling their laughter. Back to the food, the French toast was magnificent but the Yuan Yang was quite bland.

Proceeded to LanTau island to see the Giant Buddha at the Polin monastry, the biggest statue of a Buddha figure in the world. The view at the peak is beyond words and one has to make their way there personally to experience it.

Did somemore last min shopping at the shopping centre where the whole complex had nike and adidas factory outlets. No choice lor, bought some adidas socks, shorts.
Hurried to eat my late lunch before checking out. Tried roasted goose meat(not bad) and sio bak. I still miss the milk tea drink though.

Summary

Very reluctant to leave Hong Kong because of the lifestyle, food and night life. In some ways, Hong Kong is quite similar to Singapore but as it is bigger, it has so much more to offer, for example they have so many streets for food and shopping, it would take a while before boredom sets in. I hope to go back there again in a few years time, hopefully by then my Cantonese will improve too, right now it is probably like ten percent fuck only. Haha. Until then hello again Singapore, damn you.

Living everyday like it could be my last is my new mantra I am trying to adopt. It means eating well and drinking well so that in case of any 'accident', I can at least rest assure that I did not lugi much in life.

New stuff I learnt from the world cup. Portugese and Italian people are massive wankers, they totally disgrace the game of football.

Shall be leaving for Hong Kong this wednesday till next monday with my dad. Benefit of travelling with parents is that expenses are totally paid for by them. Yippee.

On a sad note, the holidays are coming to an end. I totally enjoyed the break and I guessed these carefree moments will never surface again once I graduate from uni.

Superman returns is alright but I felt that there should be more fighting scenes. If I had my way, I would have changed a bit of the script. For example say the part where our hero lies in hospital on the bed and returning back to life only when he gets his kiss from Lois Lane, for me I would change it to hospital staff resurrecting him back with a 'darth vader' suit. When superman flies to find his son, the magical moment would be 'jason(deep breathing), I have something to tell you, pause(deep breathing), I am your father(deep breathing)'. Now that would be the iceing on the cake. Or how about Tea Leabing making a cameo appearance in the press holdings, 'witness the biggest cover up in human history'. Superman has a bloodline dudes and his son is the holy grail. That will spark off another da vinci code frenzy.

So England are out from the world cup and without them and Czech Republic, I suppose the world cup loses meaning for me. I feel gutted for Rooney, John Terry and Rio Ferdinand, they don't deserve to leave the tournament this way.

Does anyone has the movie 12 monkeys dvd to lend me?

Till then folks, remember, love your parents, eat ya vitamins and kopi out.

Watching prison break has enhanced my general knowledge. For example I learnt that one can short circuit a fuse by connecting a rat's tail to a circuit. For the past few days, been cranking myself up watching Austin Powers( never fail to make me laugh) especially Dr Evil and Mini me.

Did some catching up on reading, indulging in Holy Blood Holy grail now, book that supposingly inspired Dan Brown's Da Vinci Code. Well the research is quite interesting especially with the history facts, which makes me even more convinced that certain parts of history has definitely been doctored to make us believe in the greater good which obviously does not convice me much. Still a stauch atheist me.

Life is so unpredictable. though death is a taboo topic, I have decided that since one's life is so fragile and short, I am gonna pamper myself like buying clothes, bags, accessories or eating good food. Might as well taste good food before dying right. Drinking the best beer and smoking quality cigerettes. Now that is the way to savour before dying. Cheers to life.

After a month long worth of world cup action, I have come to a few conclusions.

1) Countries vie to qualify for world cup not for national pride, but so that they can be bribed by bookies.

2) Ladbrokes betting is the actual FIFA

3) Never place ur bets on Italy

4) Whenever Italy has a red card, they WILL definitely win the match.

5) Don't bet against Guus hiddink

6) Be careful of matches involving Russian, Italian and south American referees.

Today marks the end of my contact lens solution job. Finally no need to put on a smile and talk politely to people, so not me. After three days, I sold only three bottles. In total we sold 17 bottles, Christina and Siting sold a couple while the watson auntie sold a few. The target is 300 by the end of the week. Good luck folks.

Just when I thought today being my last day could end peacefully, there was a cock up at closing time when Jolene counted stock and said, 'folks we are short of two'. After toking cock here and there, it was a bit obvious that Jolene was trying to push the blame to Christina. Then again when I asked Christina whether she had count the stock physically in the morning, she said 'aiya the stock sure there mah, won't disappear rite? '. And there was when I smack my hand on my forehead. Can't blame la huh women, never do NS. Unlike me, vehicle commander in 42 SAR, learnt a few valuable lessons, number one rule "Never assume" , number two "Don't trust anyone". etc....

In the end it turned out that the so called two missing ones were actually sold to customers and that Jolene did not record it down.

" And I think to myself, what a wonderful world...."

So far so good, my bets on England and Holland has won me cash. Hopefully later Portugal can make it a hat-trick. I suppose the cash will come in handy to buy beer. My sister has brought to my attention that Cold storage sells Becks beer imported from Germany. Tried it just now and I must say it taste better than those drunk from the tap. I think after this month of world cup, my fitness will drop from the beer, ice-cream and chocolates. I am a sucker for indulgences.

Finally after four days at work, I found out who my actual boss is. Turns out that the fat ass bitch I assumed was in control ain't in charge of me after all.

Within four days, I have seen four celebrities. Tues, Henry Thia, better known as Hui ge and looking very sissy. Today, Quan Yifeng and Peter Yu, both smoking like a chimney inspite of them campaigning for quitting smoking. Not forgetting the hot babe Michelle Chia, looking as sexy as ever. I wonder who will I see next.

Thursday, June 08, 2006

I am glad that jasmine has made it to the next round of singapore idol. Shall be rooting for her.

Today has got to be the slackest day at work so far, napping at Cheng San library, tea break at pick and bite coffee house. Joseph lagi best, read book while distributing flyers.

Can't wait for the opening world cup match tomorrow, time to let the booze flow again. Best part of it all, my parents will be leaving for KL in the early morning tomorrow and that means party time. Well my sister has planned to invite her frenz and mine to our house on sat to watch the games, eat pizzas, drink and play mahjong. So folks, plz msg me to inform me if you're interested so I can make preparations.

Monday, June 05, 2006

The date tomorrow is 06-06-06, the symbolic satanic numbers. It is the release of the film "The omen". It is also coincidentally the release of the examination results. Which is scarier? I don't know.

After watching the last episode of Lost 2 last night, some things become clearer but at the same time leaving behind more questions to ponder until the next season.

At least lady luck is slowly coming my way, as my next singpost job is located at Hougang mall likewise for the other job that I have to do for the hall. Just two mrt stops away from home will definitely give me the luxury of waking up later.

Feeling a bit sick. Till then, Kopi out.

Saturday, June 03, 2006

I gotta admit, drinking alcohol the night before an early game is not advisable as I overslept today and had to rush down by cab. The game against Ah boy friend's team ended up 3-3 and for the first time after so long, we played a nice passing game.

As for the second game, we were up against a team who were all quite big sized and physical, my knee is injured now thanks to a strong hefty challenge from this huge uncle who tackled me but fairly. And the new signing Shahrul, Nas's cousin marked his debut with 2 spectacular strikes. The referee, who is a Police FC veterens player, advised us to not to play against the opponents we have been playing against for the past few weeks and said that if we want to improve, we should challenge his veteren team consisting of ex-national team players. Hopefully we can get the opportunity in the future to play them and learn.

My fitness as a left back is slowly picking up but the positioning awareness is still not there. I also realised that almost everyone in the team has played for at least school team level if not national age group. As for me, I can only boast of playing at Lorong Lew Lian and Potong Pasir street soccer as my creditials. Haha.

My uncle is currently in hospital after he suddenly 'blacked out' last night. I hope he is alright and will be paying him a visit at Changi hospital tomorrow.

Yippee got my IPPT silver at Maju camp yesterday. Finally I can booze without worries. Speaking of which, the 200 dollars for silver will come in handy for more beer. After running the 2.4km route, I believe it is possible to get gold at Maju if I were to train up harder because the terrain is more or less flat throughout and the route seems to be a bit shorter. I have no problems with the static stations and for only the second time in my life I ran under 11 minutes for 2.4km. I hope I can maintain this form.

Seeing the rest of the uncles doing RT or failing their IPPT gives me the chills that one day, I might be like one of them, giving pregnant moms a run for money. But I suppose its hard when you have a job and family commitments to carry out instead of training. I hope I can still be fit throughout my reservist stint. Hahah.

Tuesday, May 30, 2006

Over the past week, I have killed a total of four lizards. Almost everyday I keep seeing new small lizards, guess I have to hunt down the mother soon. Ok now back to the main topic.

My legs are aching from standing and walking around Whampoa drive today distributing flyers for Prudential. Think I might need to do some warm up tomorrow. But anyway I threw away one whole stack of flyers in the dustbin at some HDB flat and hid in the town council to catch a nap under the air-con. The job is pretty boring but thankfully my partner Tiffany was quite entertaining especially with her fair share of ghost and sex stories. What to do, an Ah Lian from SIM mah.

Two more days to IPPT and if things goes well and I get my silver, I shall celebrate it at clarke quay. Time to get drunk and wasted again.

Time to sleep now, gotta catch the England vs Hungary match later this morning.

Sunday, May 28, 2006

Out of boredom, I registered myself at myheritage.com and uploaded my pictures to see which celebrity I resembled most. Ok the results aren't encouraging, my first picture that I uploaded which was about three months after ORD showed that I had 62% resemblence to Stephen Chow, 60% to both Silvio Berloscuni and Pavarotti. My second picture taken at my cousin's wedding a few months back returned better. I had 63% link to Enrique Iglesias and jacky Cheung. My third picture made me flipped over my chair. I was 63% linked to Hu jingtao but thankfully 56% to Leon Lai. So I decided to post the latest picture taken about a month back, I had 72% resemblence to Leslie Cheung, 66% to Sammo Hung and 63% to Kim Jong II, damn the last two results has really made me depressed! After randomly choosing other photos, I realised most of them revealed that I resembled either Hu Jingtao or Stephen Chow. So I suppose my hopes of resembling Colin Farrell or Louis Khoo are kinda far fetched.

Thats all folks.

Saturday, May 27, 2006

I give Schindler List two thumbs up and fully understand why it won so many awards back then.

On the way home today after my second game, I thought about it for a long while and finally came to this decision. I am gonna quit the team. Put it in another way, the boat is slowly but surely sinking. It is not an easy decision because I have made many wonderful friends in the team which would not have been possible if we didn't have passion and love for the game. But I hope they understand my decision.

On the other hand, I am excited about next week's league game with Helmi's team. I feel that we have a group of talented players and am confident of winning the prize money. Howerver, thinking back, I feel bad when I reflect on the incident just now in the last few minutes of the game where Helmi was being kicked in the stomach and on the head by 5 guys and most of us were quite slow to react. I admit that I was slow to rush in and protect him. Seeing the marks on his stomach and lips makes me feel guilty. It won't happen again dude, next time I confirm cheong in and help you. Somemore we got lawyer Zheng in our team, hahaha. Unfortunately our Thai imports can't do Muay Thai though.

Time to nap.

Tuesday, May 23, 2006

Today was my first and also last day at work. I felt that working in the travel agency was not my cup of tea especially when a slight mistake could cost a few hundreds of dollars. There were many things to remember and worst of all, customers were forever flowing in to book packages to Malaysia. I had to control my laughter whenever suspicous looking 'Ah Peks' came in to enquire on trips to batam.

The Indonesian singer from channel u superstar also booked a ticket to somewhere and my PRC colleague was so excited about it. She was so enthusiastic about her work and when she tried to teach me new stuff to learn, it broke my heart to tell her that I was quitting today and there was no need to teach me. I must say that the staff there are very friendly and therefore my decision to quit was based on being zhi dong and not wanting to waste their time by bothering them and asking questions.

Despite their persistence that I will get the hang of it soon and giving it another few days of try, my heart tells me I am just not cut out for the travel industry.

But looking on the bright side, they still offered to pay me my day's work of 48 bucks so hey, at least it entitles me to a king bistro burger and two jugs of Irish red ale beer at brewerkz.

Monday, May 22, 2006

Today is officially my last day of being a bummer before I start work at transtar travel agency tomorrow. I foresee waking up early as the biggest problem I will face considering that for the past two months I have been sleeping around three plus.

Managed to watch Da Vinci code today, show was ok maybe spoilt by the fact that I had read the book before and so there wasn't really any suspense for me. Afterwhich was at Zara looking at clothes when I saw the hokkien mee seller near my house shopping inside too. That was a bit unexpected but hey dude, thats kool.
Although the match was lost 6-4 yesterday, I would say the goals conceded were kinda soft and nobody should really shoulder the blame. I enjoyed myself as being constantly attacked meant that the defence could get more of the action. And I am glad that I can show more composure on the ball and pass it around from the back, its been something that I had hope to train up more.

Its unbelievable how Christian Bale was so thin in the Machinist back in 2004. I had to watch it to believe it. He was so thin you could see his rib cage and now he is quite buffed up especially in Batman begins. But still its kinda of gross to see someone so skinny.

Thursday, May 18, 2006

Having just watched the british reality drama about the nanny who sorts problem kids, it rewinds me back to when I used to create all sorts of problems for my parents. Here are some highlights of my wild childhood.

I couldn't sit still to have my meals, after a mouthful, I would run off to my room to continue playing with my toys inspite of my mom shouting at me to get back to the dinner table to finish my meal. Speaking of meals, I would have to highlight that being the younger sibling, my parents would let me choose where i want to have dinner on sundays. As I liked the bak chor at Ah Seah, a eatery near upper serangoon shopping centre, we often ate there. Of course my sister who wasn't really fond of the food, expressed her dislike, but what to do, I was the younger one so daddy and mommy let me win. Even if there was one fishball left and my sister took it, I would whine until my mom tell my sister to give it to me.

Of course there came a time when my sister couldn't take it, she started throwing her temper when my mom didn't let her watch melrose place. One day, she even told my dad that it was not fair for her to vacuum the floor and fold clothes while I did nothing. So to make it fair, she supposely 'retired' while I took over. Little did I know that her retirement continues till today while I still vacuum the floor. Jokingly, she remarks that I am a sensitive new age guy. Nice try.

I can't believe that my mom could tolerate me last time after all the shit that I put her through. As for my dad, he couldn't really be bothered with me unless my results were bad. Especially when my ting xie scored below 60, boy was i scared to death cause it required his signature. His mode of punishment were more brutal, with his favourite weapon ruler. Thankfully he didn't use methods like grounding.

Most of the time, I would be quarelling with my sister. And most of the time, I had to beat her in games. If there was any game where she won me, I would accuse her of cheating and bullying me and then the screaming and yelling would start. The best part was when we called our mother to settle the matter, my mom would tell my sister to give in to me. Hooray!

So there it is, for those of you reading this and being the eldest, maybe you can agree that being the elder one sucks and the youngest one get all the attention and favouritism. Of course, before I end, I have to declare that I am a changed person, no longer the spoilt brat i used to be, I am now a very understanding, sensitive, giving and caring person. I am sure you people agree with me :)

Seeing primary school kids eating ice cream and playing catching reminds me of the innocent, ignorant and playful boy I used to be.

Seeing JC students at bus stops and mrt remind me of myself when i was still a student, shirt tucked out, carefree and full of joy.

Seeing tanned guys, collar shirt tucked in, sling bags and new balance shoes reminds me when I was still serving in the army.

Seeing young adults with textbooks, files, berms and slippers reminds me of university mugging for exams.

Seeing my sister come back from work late in the night reflects what I will be experiencing in a few years time.

Seeing my father shows me what I can expect to look like when I reach his age.

Damn, life is too short to experience all the wonderful things in the world, like understanding different cultures and visiting countries especially Europe. Suddenly, I fear turning 22 in a few months time, I wish that time would stop for me.

I need a new inspiration and goal to look forward to. More like somemone to slap me and wake my idea up.

People of 42SAR, check this link out, http://straitstimes.asia1.com.sg/forum/story/0,5562,392576,00.html?

What can I say, Lucas Ho has done foxtrot and 42SAR proud again. Before I forget, congrats Xiaopei, will definely be at your ROM reception though the news is still a bit of a shock to me.

Been training for the past couple of days for the coming IPPT and so far so good, just a bit worried about my knee starting to feel pain from the running. After the money comes in, I promise myself I am gonna reward myself with a nice meal and cold beer.

I have watched 4 episodes of prison break so far and am pretty impressed. It reminds me a bit of The Shawshank redepmtion and Hong Kong prison movies, where the hero is forever bullied by the gangs in there and prison wardens are usually corrupted including the head of the prison. But prison break is far more complicated, especially the consiparcy involving the hero's brother and how the hero goes about planning the escape. Well, guess it will keep me occupied for the next couple of days.

Sunday, May 07, 2006

The trip to the national library prove fruitful today as I manage to borrow American Gods and The Fifth Mountain by Neil Gaiman and Paulo Coelho. Thought that I might prefer to spend my free time reading instead of watching movies all day long. Watching episode 15 of Lost last night, I get this feeling that there won't be an answer to the mystery on the island by the end of the season and I won't be surprised if the drama goes on for another few seasons.

Been enjoying myself watching the Simpsons for the past couple of days. Suddenly have this urge to watching Scooby Doo cartoons again after watching the movie today. These are classic cartoons and always a joy to watch. Then again I hope my ex job agency calls me soon, wouldn't want to bum around too long in the house.

Saturday, May 06, 2006

I think playing one half first before another game helps me in the sense of warming up properly. After last week's dismal performance, my touches and passing is slowly but surely getting there. Ok maybe the opponents didn't really pressure the defence much anyway. Its easy especially when receiving the ball and looking up for people to pass to, there are options like Helmi, Remy, Indra or Terence. Yea, ben and Joe, next time shout early like today, then I can send in the long balls again, provided we use the Champions League ball like Kye said. Haha... ..and Teck is a fantastic keeper no doubt he is old, fantastic one on one saves. Looking forward to next week again.

Can't wait for elections results to start. General elections are just like the world cup, coming only every 5yrs. Will there be an upset in Aljunied GRC?

Friday, May 05, 2006

The worker's party rally today was quite exciting as Mr Low Thia Kiang and Ms Slyvia Lim 'shoot' the PAP for certain words they had used yesterday against them. I give credit to both of them because their words makes logical sense unlike some Chee Cheong fun guy.

The last rally tomorrow at serangoon stadium should be the climax and I shall make a trip down.

Diet for the past two days have been nothing but beer, burgers, or lua, chai dao kueik and beer again. Next week die die shall be fruit week.

Sunday, April 30, 2006

In response to an ealier post about the things I wanted to ask God when I die, I found out the jackass who shouted 'clean arms till morning la' and didn't dare admit and caused the whole company to stay in the pumping position. It is none other than "jumbu" aka Ben Chew.

I have plan my schedule next week as either going for drinking sessions or attending oppostion party rallies. It shall be my slack week before I find for job.

Saturday, April 29, 2006

Yesterday marked the end of my examinations but some how or rather the celebration mood wasn't there. But after a few jugs of beer and jack daniels at Brewerkz, the mood naturally came. It was Phil's younger brother birthday and hell did we make him drink. Afterwhich it had to be celebration at none other than MOS. It felt good to rap again to the tune of 50cent and hip hop music. But the mood was partially dented when a drunkard tried to pick a fight with me. Nothing much happened as Phil and the bouncher immediately step in to intervene. After shaking hands and buying each other drinks, we forgot about the incident and made frenz. How ironic.

With Phil partially seh driving and his galfriend totally drunk on my left, I was worried about either an accident or his galfriend vomitting on me. Next week is gonna be worst when I have 3 more drinking sessions. I hope my liver can survive.

Tuesday, April 25, 2006

If I had my last 50cent coin in my bank account, I would certainly use it to bet on Chee Soon Juan getting sued at every General Election. There comes a certain point of time in your life when you know that certain things in the world are not worth fighting for. True, heroes fight and die for their cause and get remembered by the masses for their fighting spirit. But idiotic heroes get their backsides burnt and scalded for their stupidity.

I think the reason that opposition parties get a bad name is due to Mr Chee running his stupid mouth off. I can just picture opposition parties reading the papers and seeing reports of Dr Chee and say "cheeb**, must be him and his c***B** mouth again", here we go go oohh ohhh ohh hey here we go oh oh oh oh o hey day and night while we sleeping Dr Chee and his Ch**B** mouth again.

Hope nobody reports this to the papers.

Friday, April 21, 2006

This marks the 25th hour I have stayed awake since waking up at 11am yesterday morning. Ok make it 24 as I squeezed in an hour of rest at 4am. The feeling brings me back to my 'outfield days' of staying awake in anticipation of the enemy forces. "3SG Lim, your mission is to anticipate the enemy coming from the malcom axis." Wait I did and waited for the best moment. "3SG Lim, change of orders, extricate to blah blah blah now. I am amazed at how I managed to keep myself awake for 4days three nights with minimal rest and focusing on the bloody terrain. Phil said that I should join the subaru challenge which I agree with him. Should see how far I go.

I am so happy that I managed to download walk the line and before sunset on sharescan. More movies to watch for the holidays.

Tuesday, April 18, 2006

Watching Premiership soccer for the past 2 months have made my legs itch for action. Still two more weeks to go before I can rejoin the team again.

There are times when I imgaine myself throwing my notes aside and running headon towards the wall to feel the pain and find out if I am still 'conscious'. My insommia has gotten from bad to worst till I had to get myself drunk last night in order to sleep. Nowadays, my mind has been playing games with me. For the past month, I am either at hall or home, haven't seen the light for a while since. My mind has been limited to a certain capacity and sometimes I unknownly talk to my mind by myself. I may have been communicating with my mind for no reason. I may have had a split personality. Damn I may need a straight jacket.

Monday, April 17, 2006

My pop says there may be a contest in my constituency after all. Well whatever, but I still wish I could see more 'happenings' like what Dr Chee Soon Juan did back at the last GE, shouting after then Prime Minister Goh. That defintely added weight to the words loose cannon. Any check out the blog www.happycitizen.blogspot.com pretty daring I shall say.

My first paper starts in two more days time and I hope this ordeal gets over soon, pretty much looking forward to the holidays, watching world cup, travelling overseas, watching summer movies and catching up on reading. Oh ya and getting fit for IPPT too.

Sunday, April 09, 2006

Its disappointing that my constituency is a walk over and I can't get to vote. Slowly but surely, I think my sleeping time is gonna cause me isommia soon. My head is like a time bomb ticking to explode.

After episode ten of Lost, everything is getting more confusing, like how the hell the horse can be on the island and the whole Dharma project shit thing. I can't help but think that the ending is gonna be very very weird. The story is about people getting their karma on the island resulting from something they did wrong in their past. Especially why Hurley wins the lottery with a set of numbers which coincidentally is the same set of numbers engraved on the shelter on the island which also coincidentally is the set of numbers that must be keyed in to the computer every 108 mins. Oh ya the last number is 42, which coincidentally is my NS unit which prompts me, am I also getting my karma?

After deciding enough was enough, I decided to call the campus security to catch those vietnamese mother fuckers for making loud noises in the pantry which has been going on for almost the past year. Unfortunately by the time the security personnel came down, they had already gone back to their rooms. Well i promise them that their luck won't be so good next time round.
